Agreement
These terms apply between you and Netkreatives when you use the MoveFirst iPhone app. By installing and using MoveFirst you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
What MoveFirst does
MoveFirst lets you keep apps of your choosing locked on your own iPhone, and opens them for the rest of the day once you have completed a movement session, taken a rest day, or used your one emergency unlock. It uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks to do this. It does not change Apple's own Screen Time limits, it does not manage anyone else's device, and it is not a parental-control service.
Not health or medical advice
MoveFirst is a screen-time tool, not a fitness coach or a medical device. It does not assess your fitness, diagnose anything, or prescribe exercise. Move within your own limits, stop if something hurts, and speak to a professional before starting new physical activity if you have any reason to be careful. You are responsible for exercising safely and for your surroundings while you do.
Subscription and trial
MoveFirst is offered as an annual subscription, beginning with a 7-day free trial for accounts that are eligible for one. The current amount for your storefront is shown by Apple on the App Store and inside the app before you confirm, and payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of the trial. The subscription renews automatically each year unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in iPhone Settings under your Apple ID, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling during the trial before it ends means you are not charged. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue them ourselves, but tell us if something went wrong and we will help you ask.
If a subscription lapses
MoveFirst fails open. If your subscription ends or cannot be verified, the locking ends with it and your apps become available again. The app will never hold your own phone hostage to prompt a payment.
Acceptable use
Use MoveFirst on devices you own or are entitled to use. Do not attempt to decompile, resell or redistribute the app, and do not use it to restrict someone else's device without their knowledge and agreement.
Availability
We aim to keep MoveFirst working on supported iPhones and current versions of iOS, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change as iOS changes. If a change materially removes something you paid for, tell us.
Liability
MoveFirst is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing here affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer in the European Union.
Governing law
Belgian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live.
