Agreement
These terms apply between you and Netkreatives when you use the MoveFirst iPhone app. By installing and using MoveFirst you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
What MoveFirst does
MoveFirst is an app blocker for iPhone. Using your chosen apps drains power; movement powers it back up. Your power meter has a capacity of 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Using your chosen apps drains it; movement powers it back up. When it is empty, Screen Time blocks those apps. Everything else on your phone stays open. Reps are counted on your iPhone. Video is never recorded, stored or sent. A second of movement adds two minutes of power. Ten squats add 40 minutes. A 20-second plank adds 40 minutes. Walking always counts: 40 steps add 30 minutes, counted by your iPhone’s motion sensors with the phone in your pocket. Pick rest days: they start with full power and nothing drains it. Emergency power is there when you need your apps right now.
Not health or medical advice
MoveFirst is a screen-time tool, not a fitness coach or a medical device. It does not assess your fitness, diagnose anything, or prescribe exercise. Move within your own limits, stop if something hurts, and speak to a professional before starting new physical activity if you have any reason to be careful. You are responsible for exercising safely and for your surroundings while you do.
Subscription and trial
MoveFirst Pro: yearly with a 7-day free trial, or weekly. Payment is made through your Apple Account; subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage in your App Store account settings.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in iPhone Settings under your Apple ID, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling during the trial before it ends means no payment is due. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue them ourselves, but tell us if something went wrong and we will help you ask.
Rest days and emergency power
Pick rest days: they start with full power and nothing drains it. Emergency power is there when you need your apps right now.
Acceptable use
Use MoveFirst on devices you own or are entitled to use. Do not attempt to decompile, resell or redistribute the app, and do not use it to restrict someone else's device without their knowledge and agreement.
Availability
We aim to keep MoveFirst working on supported iPhones and current versions of iOS, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change as iOS changes. If a change materially removes something you paid for, tell us.
Liability
MoveFirst is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing here affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer in the European Union.
Governing law
Belgian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live.
