Worked example

Run one short reproduction, make one change, lock the iPhone briefly, and repeat the same test instead of toggling several controls together. The number is a starting assumption, not a target you need to outperform.

Read the current authorization state before starting a new Screen Time request. If the state is not what the setup expects, follow the system flow shown by iOS and then test one non-essential selected app. Do not change Health or camera access during this check.
